Proper cardio?

Aside from weight training, i like to do some cardio during the week. What is the most effective type of cardio i can do in a short time frame if you had to choose among treadmill, elliptical, stationary bike, bicycling outdoors, running outdoors, or swimming in gym pool. Let’s say i only had 15 minutes for it
 
The best cardio you can do in 15minutes is sprinting on a treadmill or bike, sprint intervals
 
I do cardio more for mental health than anything so I prefer running at a slow pace outside while enjoying the views and doing some thinking.
