    Proper cardio?

    Aside from weight training, i like to do some cardio during the week. What is the most effective type of cardio i can do in a short time frame if you had to choose among treadmill, elliptical, stationary bike, bicycling outdoors, running outdoors, or swimming in gym pool.     The best cardio you can do in 15minutes is sprinting on a treadmill or bike, sprint intervals

    def not elliptical lol

    to be honest swimming 15 minutes against a current or doing a 2 mile wind sprint is gonna be the most optimal cardio in that time frame

    bro try climbing crane in middle of Gulf in middle of night, that optimal cardio. you make wrong step and you fall into ocean and sharks get you.

    I do cardio more for mental health than anything so I prefer running at a slow pace outside while enjoying the views and doing some thinking.
