Hey. Im cutting and eating a lowered carb diet (2 carb+prot meals, and the rest only protein and or vegetables).

Post morning cardio, sometimes I dont like to eat oatmeal or whole wheat bread.
Animal b suggested my first meal be
Some whole eggs and eggwhites (1:4 ratio)
Whole wheat bread
Apple

Can I just eat the eggs, plus some freshly squeezed orange juice, and some other fruit, like mango? Or is this too much fructose?
