Post Cardio diet on only CARDIO days

On Sat i do cardio in the morning when i wake up, after that should I eat my normal morning meal (6 egg whites and a protein shake) or should i add some high glycemic carbs in there? I do 30 minutes cardio after i lift on lifting days and i eat some applesauce or a bananna along with the protein stuff, should i do that?:alien:
 
No because spiking your insulin results in storing more fat. Given you've just gone through an intense cardio session, I'd stay with your regular breakfast, or some low glycemic carbs. What would be the point of high glycemic carbs?
