Possible Pinched Nerve

I did shoulders yesterday and i think i may have pinched a nerve in my back doing overhead shrugs. it only hurts when i turn my head to the right and there is a slight stinging between my shoulder blade and my spine. should i be worried. i also incorporated power cleans and presses. could it be that i used muscles im not used to?
