poor stamina on leg day

Excerpt: I need to build up my leg strength up, I am sick and tired of them lagging my body. I have not weight trained in months and my upper body came back after a week but my lower body when I train it I like have no endurance like I gas out after 5 minutes and canít even go anymore. Example today I was doing squats and after 2 sets my legs got shaky and I couldnít even do 1 plate.

    I have bad stamina doing legs too I dont know why after 2 squat sets but gets tiring. I use cardazol now 3 caps before workout and 2 caps ostazol intra-workout I get a good boost. I ran to the bathroom 2 times though but the energy is HUGE!

    buddy it will take longer than a week to get your conditioning back. the rule of thumb is half the time you were out it will take you.

    It takes time man. Just dont rush it and try to go too heavy too fast. Easy way to get an injury and further set back.
