First of all, cool vid, thats a lot of damn weight, and it was a good, clean lift.

Not to be negative.....and not to knock modern-day PL......but the monolift exemplifies the phrase 'gone to far' in my opinion.........I'll probably get flamed for saying this, but whenever monolifts come up, I can't resist, lol, it's one thing I can never seem to keep an open mind about.
