What do you guys think about what phil heath wrote about his chest routine? he says he only does machines nowadays and he says he trains them to failure. he recommends hammer strength incline, flat, fly, and machine bench press. he then finishes things up with incline cable fly. about 30 sets in total. is this too much?

For Phil? No. You? Yes.

I found a lot of older guys really appreciate the machines as it lessens the chance of injury and such

When using machines if done right will build more muscle, you can get a better stretch and better squeeze.thats just my 2 cents
