I read over buldogs workout and he seems to change up workout rep range everyweek. A stripper at my gym does pretty much the same thing.
Is this good for natty. And what is the best rep ranges. ie. 3*10 and then 3*4 then 3*20 etc.
Please refrain from the usual do what you body tells you responses.
