Last week i had 2 get stitches in my shine and i couldnt do leg extentions or curls so all i did was squats.

1 warm up set
5 set of regular squats reps start at 8 then 6 then 4 then 2 then 1

then i did box squats 4 sets the reps went 10 8 6 4

front squats 3 sets touch the bar at 18 reps went 6-4-2

i did really deep squats set the bar at 18 went down and touched it for 2 sets of 6 reps

i reped out on leg extension with a 35 on

finaly i did 2 sets of calf raises at 25 reps

My legs ar burning lie crazy i cant sit down and if i do i have trouble getting up
