Guys your opinions please on my new routine

MORNING EVENING
MON: chest back
TUES : quads hams & calves
WED : bi's & tri's shoulders
THURS : rest maybe light cardio
FRI : chest back
SAT: etc
etc

3-4 exercise per body part, 3-4 sets per exercise

TRY IT FOR YOURSELF AND FIND OUT.I PERSONALLY THINK IT'S O.K. FOR ME.PRESENTLY,I AM TRAINING EACH BODYPART 3 X WEEK AND FEEL GREAT.TO EACH HIS OWN ON THIS ONE.SO MANY FACTORS PLAY A ROLE WHEN IT COMES TO OVERTRAINING,SUCH AS WORK RELATED STRESS,SLEEPING PATTERNS,NUTRITION,SUPPLEMENTATION,ETC.ONE THING FOR SURE THOUGH,YOUR TRAINING PROGRAM WILL BE BRUTAL,THEREFORE,MAKE SURE YOUR EATING/SLEEPING/SUPPLEMENTING PROPERLY TO ENSURE PROPER RECUPERATION.ANY PROGRAM CAN WORK,BUT IF YOU ARE NOT PROACTIVE WITH ALL AREAS OF YOUR TRAINING,YOU WILL SUFFER THE CONSEQUENCES.GOOD LUCK!
