opinions on WEIGHTS 3 days per week AND cardio on 3 other days per week

I am doing 3 days a week weights and 3 days a week running. I am trying to drop my BF a bit since I am around 13% according to my calipers. It has been working so far. I am 5'11" and I was 199 a month ago, now I am 189 and I have gained a half inch on my arms. Once I get lower BF it will be time to get back up to 199.

MB I think 3 days of wieghts and 3 days of cardio would be fine to get you in great condition and shape. I don't think you will gain size from it but you will cut up.
 
Weights 5 days. Cardio 7 days.
 
Fuck cardio.


I prefer to manipulate my diet to increase/decrease bodyfat levels.

That being said I have an exteremely physical job which probably amounts to doing 40 hours of cardio per week. :(
