calculators are for math class, not estimating your max. maxing out is how you find your max.

heheh, i figured you guys would respond like this. yeah, i tried it just once and i did not like what it told me... so i'm not planning on using it again. i just put it up cause it might be useful to other people tho!

They are an estimate and starting point, nothing more.

For me, my 1rm is always above what they estimate.
