How's it going all? Tonight in one hour I am FINALLY getting back to the gym. Been a while since we broke up but now shes calling me back.

My goal: Bulk Up, Slim the belly slightly, Tighten Chest Flab.

I am willing to experiment with ANY workout program. The one that i was doing before that showed a lot of strength gain was the Strong Lift 5x5. But with that I mainly saw increased strength..not mass.

Any suggestions? Maybe I just didn't give the 5x5 a long enough chance.
 
Put lots of compound lifts into your workouts. I like back and bi, chest tri, shoulder trap, legs abs splits. I mix my rep ranges up a lot and like to finish up with super sets. If your serious about it you really need to get your diet right to make your hard work in the gym pay off.
