Hey guys,
Theres all this Controversy over whether to work each muscle group once a week or twice a week. If once a week than how many sets should be done to be beneficial? and if twice a week how many sets should be done so you're not overtraining? I've been a little confused about this for some time. Can anybody shed some light on the subject. Or maybe just take the risk of overtraining and test both methods. I guess different things work for different people. I just hate making the wrong decisions.
