    the only way is to get a coach.


    on www.ironmag.com they have a good article(well 4)


    but its imposible to get it perfect with out coaching.

    i learnt from the articles then went to a sports institute to get coached.....he said i already had a good base knowledge of the lifts.......due to reading the articles. he fixed up all my movements.


    get ready to be lifting a broom stick for some time

    Squatter....How much do you think I should do for each of the lifts you thought I should do?
    I can squat 300lbs, when I have a squat rack backing me up so how much should I do on front squats and overheads?
    How 'bout power cleans and power presses?

    start with one plate on each side for front squats. a very uncomfortable lift at first, but you'll get used to it.

    25's or 45's? If it's supposed to work the legs 25's will be really light, even as starting weight.
