Excerpt: hey there gents, i'm 5'11" and around 192 pounds. I have a six pack after dieting down the past few weeks and i am training light during my diet since my energy is down and i don't feel as strong. should i start adjusting my training back heavier while still staying on my diet or is that not plausible?

why would you torture yourself and diet down like that? crashing your metabolism and eating in a deficit is a short term thing, long term it WILL NOT WORK
there are better ways to drop body fat. fasting is a far superior cause when you fast you don't crash your metabolism in the process.

I don't recommend attempting to lift heavy while dieting.

I suggest doing a variety of different exercises.
