Ok, just my opinon here. You can get bigger doing very low sets, 1-2, couple or even one exercise per bodypart. And thus doing very short workouts. But I just find that doing more sets, really pumping up, still going heavy - 6-8 reps, makes me look more toned, more vascular, denser. And so training longer say 90 minutes.
