not getting sore anymore

Not getting sore does not mean you are not getting good workouts in at all. If you want to get sore then completely switch up your routine.

If you want to get sore, train one muscle until you can’t pickup another weight. Train beyond failure every set. You’ll get sore, prob get hurt, but sore!
