Excerpt: I will cut to the chase, I really don’t’ have time to workout these days. Back when I was younger I could dedicate over an hour a night to the gym, now I am working 2 jobs and raising a family. Time is limited these days. I still want to get in a workout when I can so I will boil it down this way. How would you set it up for someone who has 1 hour to lift twice a week only.

You should do HIT training, high weight low sets hit hard and repeat.

I'd swap my 2 jobs for one higher paying and make the time

bro i am more busy during oil output days than anyone on here. 18 hour days sometimes. and if oil leaks we gotta fix it right away
plus i have family ranch, lot of work on a ranch. i still find time to lift. even 20 minutes is better than nothing

Solid ass work. Back in the day I was doing 17 hour days (regularly did 12). I'd hit the gym 1x a in the week and 1 time on a Sunday.

Just do full body workouts or an upper/lower split.
