Excerpt: I have been weight training for 2 months and no progress is being made I will admit I have no clue what I am doing even though I thought I did I just go to the gym and pick out the most jacked person I see and then follow them around copying what they do. It isnít working for me. Any tips?

    no progress being made

    I have been weight training for 2 months and no progress is being made

    I will admit I have no clue what I am doing even though I thought I did

    I just go to the gym and pick out the most jacked person I see and then follow them around copying what they do. It isnít working for me. Any tips?

    lol you copying a jacked person thats funny

    best way is to have your own routine, better do hIT like heavy weights slow and low reps and followed by higher reps

    you should get setup on a compound lift program your first few years. following a jacked guy around won't work cause you haven't built a base yet and he has superior genetics

    Follow a 5x5 routine like Stronglifts and really focus on your diet.
