Newbie Looking for Chi from the Wise Ones

I'm away on business trips on the weekends so I decided to do Legs on Mondays. I also want to focus on getting a lean chest so I also decided to do Chest twice a week.
One day for power, the other day for cutting.

What should my schedule be after monday so i have enough rest days?
I'm looking to work out 5 days a week.

I haven't taken my bmi in 2 weeks (when i was 154lbs) but before it was
14.4 % body fat
22.2 % BMI
 
Do you realize exercise isnt going to target fat loss? Everyone is predisposed to fat accumulation based on genetics and current hormone status. Those places will be the first place fat collects and the last place it leaves generally speaking. Excess estrogen and cortisol have a tendency to encourage fat on abs and chest of men.

body fat is all that really matters, the BMI is a joke and doesnt take into account muscle mass.
