Excerpt: I donít usually make posts but I cannot find anything on here to help me with my issue. I am going to be doing a small cycle soon and want to get a new routine to hit the weights harder. Iím doing front/back workout splits right now but it is getting stale. What are some of the best workouts to cure boredom

    I donít usually make posts but I cannot find anything on here to help me with my issue. I am going to be doing a small cycle soon and want to get a new routine to hit the weights harder. Iím doing front/back workout splits right now but it is getting stale. What are some of the best workouts to cure boredom

    I think the best way to not get bored with your workouts is changing gyms also changing up your workout splits also look into music I love listening to new music

    Check out some of the fitness guys on YouTube for some ideas. Then take what you like and build your own program.
