New routine

well, you have no direct arm work...so you'll need to add that in.

you are only training 3 days a week, I would bump that up to 4 days a week. No cardio?
 
nothing wrong with a home gym bro... what equipment do you have?

I don't have a vast amount. Jus few bits and that:
Olympic bar and weights
Adjustable dumbbells
Spin lock dumbells
Ez curl bar
Standard weight plates
Flat bench
FID bench
Using trestles at the moment as a substitute for power cage, till I have room for one.
Chin up bar.
Using the trestles for dips also.
Trap/shrug bar.
