My left elbow area the joints are hurting a lot, hopefully it will heal up by monday. Its gotta be from pushing heavy weight and now im off cycle. Besides that, had some pretty good workouts lately. Strength has dropped a little because my weight is around 198, about 8-10lbs less than when I was ON cycle. Just nothing you can do about the water weight, but i am still happy about my strength. The thing is that I have veins in my forearms now that I never had, and I look almost "bigger" than when i was on because I am less bloated. I never take an AI on cycle because i get no gyno symptoms whatsoever, but that causes me to hold more weight because I know I didnt eat like a 210lb person when i was on lol.

Anyway Im liking the higher rep routine, gonna do it for 2 maybe 3 months then probably, just because I always do, hop on a cycle.
