Hey!

I have changed my diet a bit and would like your opinion on it. Goals are to slowly reduce bodyfat and keep strength as it is today. I might try thisone for a couple of weeks then slowly lower carbs and replace with fat as my bodyfat reduces. The only thing I will do is ECA, c-vitamin, Multivitamines and some creating.

Meal 1:

80g oatmeal
40g Whey
100g apple
200g Whitefish
0.5L wather

Meal 2:
150g ham(4%fat, 0 carbs, 19g protein per 100g)
2 tablespoon Flax seed oil

Meal 3:

50g carbs from rye bred
180g red meat
1 proteindrink(small one, 21g protein from whey)

Meal 4:

Before workout
Protein drink(21g whey protein)
1 pice of rye bread 15-18g slow carbs

Meal 5: Post workout

Mashed potatoes 100g (67g High GI carbs)
1 chickenbreast(130g)
100g with fish
40g protein from Whey

This gives me about 2200cals, 275g protein, 165g carbs and 50g fat.

BW about 187lb, 6", already pretty low bodyfat but want to get RIPPED for once.

I work out 4 times per week and also do morningwalks 4-5 times for 40 minutes each before breakfast. I will add some sprints on the days I don't workout and thought I would need a little more carbs not to get burned out from the cardio. What do you say?

BTW: I always wait about 40-50 minutes before I eat anything poist workout or post cardio. This wil allow me to burn some more fat.
