New to the board, traditional Cardio vs Iron Cardio..

Hello all, I'm new here, I've lurked for a few weeks, but I have a question on Cardio.

I've been doing some reasearch on different forms of cardio and came across something called "Iron Cardio", it differs from traditional cardio in that you do cardio with free weights, I was just wondering if anyone has ever heard of it? does anyone do it? and if you could recommend some Iron Cardio excercises I would greatly appreciate it.

I know there are different methods to use, such as high reps/low sets, and high sets/lower reps..

Do it all the time!

Work whole body at like 50% 1RM, 30 sec between exercises. Works great, something different. Never do "regular" cardio. (not that that's something to be proud of . . . )
 
If you're trying to get the best workout for your heart...then just do regular cardio. Otherwise this is ok.
