For the past week I've been coming home ready to crash. I don't know if it's the lack of sunlight, longer work hours.... but it's getting harder to give 100% at the gym. Skeet, my reps are already starting to drop.
How do you keep your energy up? Food? Supplements? Or just plain willpower?
