need some energy, need it bad

For the past week I've been coming home ready to crash. I don't know if it's the lack of sunlight, longer work hours.... but it's getting harder to give 100% at the gym. Skeet, my reps are already starting to drop.
How do you keep your energy up? Food? Supplements? Or just plain willpower?
 
longer works hours, esp if doin phys. labor. not getting enough carbs/ fats... or could be over training. if u have been working out with a lot of intesity for the past couple of months, take a week off
