How big does she want them? I don't see too many girls doing squats, and squats put a lot of pressure on the back (more than many girls can handle to be effective on the legs) - I would probably just recommend the leg press, calve raises, and leg curls for her.
 
Deep, ass to the calves squats. They'll give her an amazing butt and great legs.

it's also fun to spot her.

No, btu seriously, since I've started doing real deep squats my legs feel so much stronger, and look much larger, too. (Even though I had to drop the weight I was using by about 30%)
