Need help with Lats

Welcome to the EliteFitness.com Bodybuilding Site! Please join this discussion about Need help with Lats within the Weight Training & Weight Lifting category.

Excerpt: My routine currently consists of Lat pulls, seated cable rows(elbows close), and dumbell rows. I have tried barbell rows at other times, and it always seems that my arms fail before I can get a burn in any part of my Lats. They don't even get a little sore. Is there any lifts that target the lats more than these? What could I possibly do to eliminate the bicep on this muscle? Gold

I would guess you are not doing the barbell rows correctly. If you learn them you will benefit from their production.

You should`nt really be pulling with your biceps as opposed to squeezing your back. That`s why I think your bis are fatiguing early. Good luck.
    do it now

wide grip pull ups are one of the most underrated bench assistance moves, and they will develop lat width like nothin else
