Need help with Lats

wide grip pull ups are one of the most underrated bench assistance moves, and they will develop lat width like nothin else

I don't know what kind of difference it makes for arm length, but I was playing around in my gym tonight and it seemed that I felt less fatigue in my bicep if I start most all of the afore mentioned lifts with a bent arm and never locked out to a straight arm. For example, I moved closer to the row bar on a seated row machine and I did not fatigue the bicep early. I did some pull ups and never went all the way down and really fried my Lats. Since I have a spread arm span of 82"...maybe the length of the pull is a key??? I don't know, but I think I might try my next routine with a closer start position and not lock out my arms...I'll let you know.

Thanks for the assistance.
