Need help choosing routine

Hello there,

I need a bit help of help choosing between a few different 5x5 programs. Basically, im not sure if i should pick madcow's intermediate program or use Bill Starr's routines. A little info about me, im 17 years old and have been lifting weights for about 3 years. I play football and also throw the shot and disc. As far as my strength goes, i bench 330, deadlift around 550, squat 450 and power clean 300. I'm just a little stuck on which program to start using.

The 5x5s are all pretty similar. What are your specific goals? How much conditioning type work do you do during the rest of the week? Do you prefer more or less variety in the lifts you use? The answers to these questions will probably point towards one or another of the 5x5s.
