Need help with changing routine

I have been doing a five-by-five style routine for the past couple years but it's time for me to move on and try something else. The reason I decided to do this is because I wasn't willing to eat so much food, I don't want to be big I want to get leaner, and my workouts are just too long. what can you recommend
 
If you are doing 5 x 5 thats many guys
switch to 3 days on weights and 2 days cardio with 2 days off
on 3 days do heavy weights squats deadlifts bench press

Up the volume. 5 x 10 for example
 
If you trying to lean out, add cardio exercises couple of days per week and CARDAZOL - NATURAL booster of cardio,stamina,energy, FAT loss
