Wurks fer me. It is written to seem as though it was a joke. But there is a natural association between aggression and testosterone. I knew a guy who used a similar program. He used to go into bars and 'beat people up'. He was one bad dude. But he did end up in prison for his actions on one occassion. He gave it up after that.
