    My workout routine need help

    Monday - Legs + Abs + Forearms


    Tuesday - Back/Biceps/Rear Delt + Calves


    Wednesday - Chest/Tri z + Forearm


    Thursday - Legs + Abs + Calves


    Friday - Back/Biceps/Rear Delt + Calves


    Saturday - Shoulders + Abs + Forearms


    Sunday - Cardio - 30 minutes - treadmill @ full incline


    Let me know if anything should be changed.

    i promise you if you weight train 6 days at a week at high volume you will hurt more than help yourself. when exactly does your body have a chance to repair itself?
