Hey everyone! Just wanted to post up some pics I had taken yesterday, The last ones I posted were from 4-5 months ago. Would love to get some feedback, both negative and positive from everyone. Here are my current stats:

185lbs

Arms: 17.75 inches 18.5" pumped

Quads: 25.75" (at the highest point of my left leg)

Calves: 14" haha

Forearms: 14-14.5"

Neck: 18"

Chest: 48.5"
