Yes I could of done much more bulking, but Id rather stay somewhat lean all year round by just adding quality size. I actually got up to 210 (im 185 in the recent pics) for a few months but didnt like the fat offseason look.

24 yrs old , 5'8" 185 lbs in the Aug pics. Im currently 195.
