Hey guys, tell me what you think of this routine. I am starting a bulking cycle.
Sunday- Squats 5x5
Tuesday- Chest and Tri- bench 5x5, 3 sets of flies for 10reps, then close grip 5x5, then one arm db exts for 3 sets of 10
Thursday- bb row 5x5, one arm db row 3 sets of 10, speed deads 3 sets 10 reps, reverse grip pull downs 3 sets of 10, 5x5 bb curl, 3 sets of 10 incline db curls.
Friday-seated overhead press 5x5, 3 sets of side laterals 10 reps, 3 sets of 10 reps with db military press superseted with one arm side laterals.
