Is it normal for your forearm to be bigger than your upper arm if you put you arm straight out? My forearm is about 12" non-flexed straight, whereas my upper arm is about 11.5" non-flexed straight. When I flex my upper arm though, its about 14". Is that normal? I'm 5' 7" about 170 lbs.

it is normal since the muscles in your arm are sdtretched to their fullest when outright. where the muscles in your forearm are located toward the top as flexors and extensors, don't woryy it is totally normal.... unless your forearm is 30inches and your amr is 15inches, then all i can say is you jerk-off too much;) ;) ;) j/k
