Hey, just wanted to keep you guys updated..got my bench shirt in yesterday...decided to use it today for my last workout before the competition just to see how it fit and see how everything felt...it fit pretty good..smaller than i expected since i gave them my exact measurements..but anyways i paused with 325 and blew it up!!!...the most i have ever got touch and go was 315...so i didnt think that was bad at all..i still think i have at least 10 pounds left in me to...again thanks for the help and ill keep you informed on how i did at the meet...wish me luck!!!

Good luck and open with something you can get twice. I dont do that but i used too.
