Muscle plateau

[FONT=&quot]I've always been a once a week per body part guy. Mainly due to schedule, but I also like thrashing the muscle during the workout. I'm afraid I might be plateauing (or just paranoid), but was thinking of going push pull to see what happens. What do you guys think about push pull vs once a week when it comes to results?[/FONT]
 
push pull is fine, but dedicate a day to just legs too. don't try and add legs to push/pull that is too much.. even if you are a young guy and can get away with it trust me it will catch up to you.. there is another guy on a thread saying he has knee issues. well there ya go. don't trash your body and then end up with bad joints at 40 cause you were greedy
 
Plateaus are normal to hit. This is when I change my reprogram up and continue forward. Find something new that works for you and keep at it.
