Hrmm, never really thought about it until now, and I still don't think I could name just one.
Perhaps, your neck muscles. If your neck moves, you will not be able to be stiff on movement and you will lose some energy on movement.

how about 2 things:
1. warming up properly
2. stretching afterwords
guess what % of people do those? close to 0% everyone is more worried about drinking their stupid shakes after a workout and taking their addicted pre workout

The bottle for shaker is nice, you know how much water you drink with a cartoon image, that reminds my lunch box at kindergarten. The shake is too much sugar to me but I cook a lot with breakfast, collation, diner, collation and souper. I must burn fat.
