    long, slow, distance builds endurance

    run 50 minutes at a slow jog without stopping every other day and your endurance will improve drastically.

    You improve your endurance by trying to do a little bit more each workout.

    If last workout you ran 3 MPH for 30 minutes, this workout try to run 3.1 MPH for 30 minutes. Next workout try to run 3.2 MPH for 30 minutes

    Consistency will often be the best cause for improvements in endurance.
