More sled pulls and a interesting comment

Did some more sled pulls today. Forward and backwards was a great combo..my legs were shaking. As i was pulling down the street a lady stopped by in her car and asked "why are you training so hard". I laughed and said "good question"lol

what kinda sled do you use to do your pulling?

like a little cart on wheels and pulling it uphill or something? i'm trying to find an easy thing i can do on my street without interrupting traffic
