give me your thoughts on this more advanced workout routine
day 1: legs
day 2: back and biceps
day 3: chest, shoulders and triceps
day 4: rest
day5: arms
day 6: cardio

day 2 and 3 is gonna be a lot of pressure on your shoulders. and it will catch up to you. i would put a rest day in between

i would add cardio 3 x/day at least

arms don't need their own split

bros you should train 2x/day if you want to be advanced

i would split shoulder stuff at least 2 days apart
