MM107's Bulking/Progress Thread w/ Pics

Took my status Pics, Will make sure to uplaod them tonight. Gained 1lb tho.

Todays my Chest/Bicep Day. And yes, i WILL be KILLING that SHIT!

But i'll get them pics up for comparison. BUT IM GONNA GO CRAZY HARD TODAY, so i might retake some pics while im nice and hard ( that sounded somehting out of an xxx film lol)
 
Ok guys, HAD A GREAT LEG DAY ONCE AGAIN!
SURPASSED MY PREVIOUS WEEKS MAX.

My Meausuring Stats as of 3/21/06
Height = 6" 0'
Weight = 177lbs (Morning After Piss + Shower)
Arms Left & Right = 15'
Chest = 45.5'
Waist = 32

Calorie Intake Yesterday on 3/20/06

Total: 3570
Fat: 119 1075 31%
Sat: 35 311 9%
Poly: 7 62 2%
Mono: 15 131 4%

Carbs: 262 1006 29%
Fiber: 10 0 0%

Protein: 358 1430 41%

Just trying to balance the carbs more.


LEGS:
BOX SQAUTS: 265! Last Weeks Max was 255.
I went for 285, but once on the box needed help getting up. 265 is unassited.


Shoulders:
Military Press: 135 for 5 Reps

Macros looking pretty good to, I know you want to hit a 40/30/30 & that's pretty dang close :)

Thanks for reminding me I need to take some updated pics ... My camera phone does NOT do me justice ... hopefully this weekend, so keep a look out :)

LoL i dont shave in the winter i like my bear coat!

Thanks alot tho! Im trying hard. Im hoping we can see a difference in NEXT weeks pics thats how hard im pushing myself.

Im making sure i TRY to pass each max, weekly untill i Plateu.

I don't want this to come off the wrong way cause you've made some awesome progress but I'm shocked you don't lift more. I know guys that look EXACTLY like you who are lifting more, so if anything that probably means with some heavy lifting you'll train your muscles quickly to handle more weight

I dont lift more because i just started training. Well not just started, but started heavy.

Imm training heavy. 3-5 Reps. Heavy Weight. Give me a Month. Ill be where i "should" be.

hey Letsrunit, thansk for the possitive criticism. I love criticism, makes me work that much harder. When im a decent size ill definately get my weak points cricizised so i go harder.

Def had littme more then 3277, because i had some wheat thins and cheese. I know i cheated, but i love the consept of cals in vs cals out and i need my cals in! lol

Yesterday was CHEST & Bicep Day

Chest, once again surpassed last weeks max this time.
Flat Bench = 215 for 1 unassisted Rep.
Incline = 135 x 5
Butterflies = 160 x5

Biceps
Preacher Curls = 60lbs 10x
21's = 50lbs
individual bicep burnouts = 25lbs

Felt Great again, My strenght is growing extremely rapidly. Wich i know will slow down once i plateu, but im trying to get as much out of this as i can.

About the Training:

I took my Prenutrition Shake 30g protein/20g of maltodextrin + redline. I was very focused and had alot of energy. Little Fatigue, if i wasnt able to lift a weight, it felt like i just wasnt strong enough instead of just being plain tired after working out.

Followed it up with my PostWorkout of 50g/protien and 30g of maltrodextrin.

Preety decent workout again.

Even though im not the strongest person in the gym, i look around and i am preety happy with the progress i have made and how i look and i am looking foward to the progress i will make.

Great Progress bro. You've given me excellent references points to look at as a guide. I'm dieting now. K to you. I would love to see what your cutting diet looked like as well. Good luck with the bulk. You've got a good frame to work off of.
