Summary- Slow start until warmed up but then dead lifts felt amazing. Set new PR on Dumbell rows at 135x10. Tons of endurance though. Still a little lethargic during the day but after 1500 energy picked up. Appetite feels suppressed am having to force Calories.

Summary- Woke up sore today w/o started slow but when I reached 275 on squats I finally warmed up. Had to take a few breaks due to lack of breath and feeling like I was going to pass out, but I was pushing myself hard. Summary- definitely am noticing that I am leaning out, shoulders have gained a ton of definition and every day I am noticing new veins popping up. I have never been vascular but in these last 11 days I have noticed a reduction of the subcutaneous fat to where I feel like I will actually get those big veins. Weighed in today at 219lbs! 6lbs down in 11 days and I feel stronger than I started even though I am only consuming 2500-2700cals a day.

So far this Sarm is working even if I have not reached the 3 week mark when it is supposed to be fully built up in my system. Last night I ordered a bottle of LGD-4033 so we will see how that goes:)

Summary- everything felt great today and set a new pr with the 75lb dumbbell presses by adding another rep and a second set of 4. Shoulders looked more round and defined with striations on the front and side Delt.

Now I just got a bottle of lgd-4033 and am contemplating stacking it into this cycle... Or ceasing the ostarine and saving it for after the lgd-4033. If I do decide to stack the two I think I will drop the dose to 12.5mg-20mg and run the osta for 10wks and the lgd-4033 for 8 wks.

Summary- stumbled out of the gym today, legs were absolutely destroyed. Weighed in today at 216lbs so a total of 9lbs down from beginning. BF % is drastically changing, everything is trimming up and my arms looked much larger in the gym today and that is a big deal since today I was doing legs and my arms weren't even pumped. I am curious as to how much lean mass I have put on. My diet has been spot on for the entire cycle and it is showing.

Summary- well today was dumbbell day for chest and it felt good, I felt like I could've benched 100lbers but I didn't have a spotter. My triceps are growing like mad! They seemed wider and were much more defined than they have ever been! I weighed in today at 213lbs, so 12lbs down from the start! I think I will try and check my BF this weekend and see where I am at. I know for a fact that I have gained muscle mass so I am curious as to how many lbs of fat I have really lost.

Well I did it and I'm sure I am going to get some hate for this lol... I am bridging LGD-4033 into my cycle... dosed 1mg at 1500, didn't sleep well during the night, put myself to bed at 2200 but kept waking up and I didn't even feel tired at 0200 and had to force myself to lay down ended up only sleeping until 0625, probably woke up 5x during the night feeling restless.

Summary- workout was great , pumps were great! I felt strong as shit! . I definitely feel different than I did before the LGD-4033, my muscles are rock hard and I have the urge to go kill kittens. It feels like my muscles are pumped all the time. There is no doubt in my mind that the Lgd-4033 is doing something, I just hope it's good...

Summary- w/o was great it seems like I never run out of energy. So far I have noticed that since I started the Lgd-4033 my arms, traps, and lats have all gotten noticeably bigger. Several other logs note an major increase in appetite yet mine is not as noticeable, I do eat every 1.5-2hrs though already and average 2800-3000 very clean calories..
 
I actually dropped the dose to stretch out the ostarine to ten weeks so it will run out at the end of 8 wks of lgd.
 
So I need to note this at day 5 of the LGD-4033 my nipples started getting sensitive, I added forma stanzol (5 pumps am/pm) and all of the sensitivity went away. This is the first time I have used forma and so far I love it I could feel a difference within 12 hrs. Added aggression and sensitivity disapeared.

Summary-5 weeks into the ostarine and 17days into the lgd-4033. I now weigh 215lbs and I am guessing my bf at 11%( I will check it at the end of the cycle). I have broken into new strength gains across the board all while running this on a recomp diet, I am eating a very clean 2800 calories a day. I'm sure if I was bulking the gains would be even more impressive. Either way I have still had family members ask if I was using steroids because of my radical transformation! After my 10wk cycle I will post my before and afters and even at my 5wk progress it's pretty ridiculous how much has changed.
