    mixing gymnastics with weight training?

    I love monkey bars and gymnastics. being agile like that is great for building a strong core. most lifters in the gym actually have weak cores

    No reason not to especially since your goals are not to be huge and strong. If you just want to look good then gymnastics with weight lifting would be a great combo.

    You will benefit from a variety of training but it really depends on your goals.
