Minimum lifts per week?

For someone who is quite busy on the go I find it hard to get in the gym more than 3 days a week. What do you guys think is a minimum I should be aiming for weekly ?

3 days is a good minimum
 
3-4 days per week is all you really need to train man.

I would split your body up into upper/lower workouts and alternate between upper body and lower body workouts
