mind and weight training

I've had a rough few months just like most people. Lost my job and having money problems and I have a family to feed. In the process my strength and motivation to weight train has gone down the tubes. i am now benching only 280 and was benching easily over 300 before. How do i get back on the wagon and get my mind straight?
 
Don't fixate on a number man, just not worth it. Things will change and you will get back to work. Once you have stability again you will be back where you need to be mentally and physically.
